Governed by YFI token holders, proposals for protocol changes start on the Yearn Finance forum and require over 50% YFI holder approval to pass. The revamped tokenomics introduce a Vote Escrow mechanism for YFI stakers. Founded by Andre Cronje, Yearn Finance did not raise funds or reserve tokens, operating uniquely without private or public funding rounds.



Fractal Visions is utilizing the public goods ethos of Optimism with a retroactive rewards mechanism generated by the marketplace fee from sales to attract authentic artists, musicians, and developers to build on the OP stack. Fractal Visions currently doesn't have a formal governance system.






Ironclad Finance sets itself apart as a decentralized, non-custodial liquidity market protocol, allowing users to engage as either depositors, who earn passive income by providing liquidity, or borrowers, who can borrow in either an overcollateralized or undercollateralized manner. While Ironclad has not yet issued its own token, it has introduced a points system, named Embers, to reward users for borrowing and lending, hinting at a future token introduction.



Dinero Protocol is the successor to Redacted Cartel and positions itself as Ethereum’s “yield base-plate.” Its product stack already includes pxETH / apxETH (a two-token liquid-staking pair), the collateral-backed stablecoin pxUSD (in testnet) and a permissionless transaction relayer.
